Family and Friends,
What another amazing week it has been in the MBM! And even better news, restrictions have been lifted a little bit more!
We can now teach in non member and member homes, and we can go to doors of people who have been taught by missionaries in the past but we don't have phone numbers for them. We can also go and find out how returning members are doing! So it's a lot of fun!
So you already know that's what we've been doing haha. And let me tell y'all something, I have forgotten how much I have loved to knock doors. Like I remember in the past, knocking for 3 hours would kill you, but now the energy just keeps building after every door!!! It's amazing.
We were able to go stop by this one lady's door, and she was like "Mormons, let me talk to you" and we had a good conversation with her. She told us she would never convert, so we started off on the common ground of Christ and it really helped. I think she came at us with a lot of misconceptions about the church and thought we worshipped Joseph Smith, but we left her with a prayer to the Father in the name of Christ and she said. " I was not expecting that, it was beautiful!" We worship the only true and living God!
We were out in Frederick this past week, and we were able to stop by the house of Julio, the one I taught about a 10 months ago and had a baptismal date. He still wasn't interested, but it was a good little visit and good to see him!
It was fun, and the work is really starting to pick up! The branch is starting to catch fire and think our success is amazing! So we are really starting to ramp up the work!!!
